How do I automatically reply with different format?

I receive many messages (over 100 per day) from the same email address in
plain text format. I want to set up my Outlook so it will automatically
reply with either RTF or HTML in Comic Sans, blue, 12. I have to use Word as
my editor because of the autotext feature.

Outlook will not let me set up a macro...MS help says it can't be done.

All of my mail preference options are set to the above settings, but it
seems they only apply to new messages.

I have also tried to set up the one contact that I get the messages from to
always reply in the format I want, but for whatever reason, that option is
not there. Probably because our company has Outlook set up on as an Exchange
server.

Any ideas?

MS Help is correct. Outlook will ALWAYS reply using the format of the
original message.

I figured that...just wondered if someone could think of a work-around. A
macro would work...if you could use macros in Outlook. Anyone else?

Most of us just click Format and choose what we want. Only one click more
that a macro.
