How do I automatically put people I reply to in any Contacts folde

I think the situation of BobP and MaryC was not understood. I, too, have
recently changed to Outlook 2003. When using Outlook 2000, I could go Tools
Options > and from Preferences select E-mail Options, then at the bottom of
that panel I could check a box which said "Automatically put people I reply
to in" and I was given the option of Browsing through all my Outlook folders
and selecting one. This meant I could select any of my Contact folders - or
any folder for that matter.
This option does not appear to be available in Outlook 2003. Can anyone
help? I found it a useful feature because I didn't want my main Contacts
folders cluttered up with email addresses of people I might only ever send
one email to.
