How do I automatically maximize New Message window?

I have a client who wants the New Message window to be
maximized when she starts a new E-mail message in Outlook
Express 6. Where is this setting?
 
Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
