couple of questions actually,
first, is there a way to set up a tool in outlook (using 2000) to
automatically save emails that meet certain criteria (who it's from in my
case) as a text file?
second, when I played with the rule wizard to put these emails into a
folder, it kept turning my rule into a 'client only' type. why? what
criteria does it use? previous rules that I have made have not become client
only and ran whether or not I was logged in (which in this case is important,
because I need the tool to run 24/7).
