How do I auto e-mail an order confirmation from a form

I have a site that requires data input. The data is then linked to an Access Database. I want to auto send an order confirmation to the cutomer when he submits his order. I do have a confirmation page but want to e-mail the confirmation as well.......how?

Not possible with the FP intrinsic form function.
