How do I assign additional emails to OUtlook

I want to add two new email addresses to come into Outlook @se.rr.com. One
is from my web site and the other is my personal domain. What do I put in
the incoming server and outgoing server?

pop-server.se.rr.com (Mail Server) incoming server
smtp-server.se.rr.com (Mail Server); outgoing server
