How do I apply Conditional Formatting??

Hello I have had a look at the database on Steve Lebans
site and I am a little confused as to how I get my
conditional formatting on a continuous form to set odd
records to yellow and even records to light blue....

How do I achieve this?

no they wont be deleted from my form there just being
displayed there...

So how do I go about using an Incriment and this MOD
function then?
