How do I alter the order in which special folders appear

i.e., when I open My Computer, and drop down the Address Bar, My Documents
is listed at the BOTTOM of my drive listing. On every other PC I check using
this method, My Documents is OVER My Computer! This is causing problems with
GetRight 6.0's File Save As dialog box.

Download TweakUI and install it
Launch TweakUI and then double-click the Desktop section
Select the sub-menu named First icon
Select the My Documents radio-button
Click Apply, OK.

Don't use it on pre XP computers as it causes wierd problems.
