how do I add volume control to a frontpage webpage?

I am trying to add volume control to a web page in Frontpage. How do I do it?
 
I don't believe you can and you shouldn't anyway. If music is on when the
page begins and it is too load many will leave immediately!!! Let the
listener choose the volume.

I want to give them that control. I have seen may web pages that have a
control to allow the viewer to mute the music. I guess I didn't ask the
question very well - I should have asked for a mute control...
