how do i add users to windows and keep email in outlook?

Using windows XP - Media Center & Outlook 2003. When I added users & renamed
the HP adminstrator account, Office couldn't retrieve email from my ISP any
more. Any suggestions?

Start with a new mail profile for the username you created.
