how do I add this site to Outlook Express newsgroups so I
wont have to use the website that works kinda slow
sometimes?

here i was ready to correct you by saying that msn news would be limited
to msn subscribers, but it looks like microsoft provides the service of
allowing the public to view their newsgroups.

that's interesting to know, i'll keep it in mind.

You can either use microsoft or msn. It's in Microsoft's interest to open
the newsgroups. More free tech support, plus it also shows that Microsoft
is committed to open source - LOL.
