how do I add new owners to my task list?

I have 3 people in my office and under my tasks in outlook I would like them
all to be able to post their taks individually and then we can all share our
tasks for the week.

That is a feature of Microsoft Exchange server. You can get it as part of
Microsoft Small Business Server. While there are other ways to get this
functionality using 3rd party software, we find SBS to be the most
appropriate and best-supported solution available.

Additionally, BCM has its own version of shared tasks. Its "Opportunities"
feature uses tasks as the base Outlook item.

If your tasks revolve around a sales cycle, that's the feature you should be
using. It doesn't require Exchange, but it does require shared BCM.
