How do I add multiple addresses from an email into my contacts?

Outlook 2003.
I have received an email which was sent to a large list of people. I want to
copy those email addresses into my Contacts without having to copy them one
by one. Any ideas please?

Like what?
This is crazy. Even pine, the early 90's mailbox reader for unix had a "take
addresses" feature.

Not an Outlook feature. Look for a third party add-in.

Are you asking if Outlook 2007 has a new feature that allows you to mine
address data from multiple received email messages? That answer is no.
