How do I add Internet Explorer Maintenance to GPM

If I log onto a domain controller I am able to
see "Internet Explorer Maintenence" within Group Policy
Editor but if I open it on my XP machine via the Group
Policy Manager or Group Policy Object Editor I cannot get
it to show up under User Configuration-->Windows Settings.

I see this question was posted two days ago with no
response. Does anyone know how to do this?

I think the successful response was to run "regsvr32 ieaksie.dll" from a
command prompt and reopen the GPOE. Do you have GPMC installed on XP?
