How do I add/edit a template in word?

I am using the cookbook remplate and want to add another page to it. Not
sure how to duplicate one of the other pages and then just change the
heading. It does not allow me to copy and pase a page.

The form could be protected (either with or without a password). Click the
"Tools" menu and select "Unprotect document". Does that work?

I answered the same question last night in the
microsoft.public.word.pagelayout newsgroup -- I guess Thanksgiving has
people thinking about recipes!

If you can't find the item here (the subject is "How can I add duplicate
