How do I add chinese holidays to english outlook?

How do I add Chinese and/or Taiwan holidays to my outlook 2003? These
contrys are not available in the add check box for show holidays.
 
You may want to take a look at
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/holidays.htm and you should find some
leads there for other holiday lists.
