How do I add blank notation lines to right of powerpoint slide handout that
the individual can make notes on?
 
This is automatic if you select the 3 slides to a page handout when
printing. For others, you can actually draw lines (from the drawing
toolbar) on the handout page where you want the note lines. To turn on the
drawing toolbar, right click any place on the menu line. Click on Drawing.
The toolbar will normally appear at the bottom of the screen.
