I am trying to include animations within a .ppt file

Microsoft 2003
Go to the Slide Show drop down menu and choose the Custom animation
option.
On the right side of the screen a menu will pop up where you will be
able to choose and view all the different animations that PowerPoint
has available.

Microsoft 2007
Choose the Animations Tab and there is all the animations PowerPoint
has available.

Once you choose the animation that you want, there are options to edit
the speed, timing, etc.

If those EXE-files are flash animations, ask the one who created them to
save them in swf-file format. They can be inserted with a control. If that
is not possible, EXE files can be linked with an action setting.

Best regards,
Ute
