From the top, click on Tools > Rules and Alerts
Click on New Rule > Start from a blank rule
Click on Next
Tick ‘from people or distribution list’
Click on the blue ‘people or distribution list’ and select/ente
details for the contact
Click Next
Tick ‘play a sound’ and or ‘display a Desktop Alert’ etc depending o
what you want to do
Click on the blue ‘play a sound’ to select what you want to hear (i
selected play a sound)
Click next and tick any exceptions that may apply
Click next and check the name for the rule and that the rul
descriptions are correct and adjust as needed
Click Finish
