How do I add additional pages to the cookbook using the template?

I am trying to create a cook book and can't seem to add more pages to it
using the template. It has 4 1/2 stars so someboby must know how to do it.
Please tell me how. Thanks

In Word you normally just add contents, for example by typing it; new pages
will be added as needed. If you want to force a page break, you can press
Ctrl+Enter.
