How do I add a "To" column in my Sent Items Outlook folder?

How do I add a "To" column in my Sent Items Outlook folder? I accidentally
deleted that column & would like to restore it. THANKS!
 
Right click in the column header, select Field Chooser, drag and drop the "To" header to where you want.

While Milly's suggestion will work, I prefer simply resetting the Sent To
view to its defaults.
