How do I add a 'Subject missing' prompt in Windows mail?

Is there an option that I can set to make Windows mail prompt me when I am
about to send an email and have forgotten to add a subject header? I know
I've had this in the past, but that was possibly with a different email
program.

Press WinKey+R
Type
regedit
and press <Enter>/
Navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Dont Show Dialogs.
Right click the reference to the dialog in the right pane and delete it.
