How do I add a specific format to a series of codes

How do I add a specific format to a series of codes in excel? I have thousands and thousands of codes to chage and would be tedious to change them all manually

For example:

I have the following in Column C:
B08 D06
B08 D07
B08 D07
B08 E01
B08 E02
B08 E02
B08 E03
B08 E04
B08 E05
B08 E05
B08 E06
B08 E07
B08 E07
B08 F01

I want the following format with dashes and slashes in column D:
B-/08/D--/06
B-/08/D--/07
B-/08/D--/07
B-/08/E--/01
B-/08/E--/02
B-/08/E--/02
B-/08/E--/03
B-/08/E--/04
B-/08/E--/05
B-/08/E--/05
B-/08/E--/06
B-/08/E--/07
