How do I add a program to my ALLOW list

I have a program in my start-up folder that I WANT to
start and AntiSpy keeps picking it up. Not that I mind,
but I want this program to run and clicking "Allow" all
the time is irritating.
 
Choose Real Time Protection > Blocked Events > check the particular program
and choose under "Blocked Event Details > "Permanently remove item".
 
This is NOT a blocked event, therefore this solution doew
not work. Any other ideas??

I am allowing it each time my computer starts. This
program will not allow me to "Ignore" either. Everytime I
start up, I have to click on ALLOW
 
(e-mail address removed) maybe you can get answer there, which application is
this associated with by the way?
