How do I add a new member to the admins group account

I am trying to set up the ogon password foe each meber that will use the
database. I need to add the database administrator o a new group. If any one
know how I do this step by step I wouold apprecate any help you can give me
or tell me where I may go to find the information. Alice
 
Not sure exactly what you are asking. Have you gone into security and added
a new user? Did you then add them to the desired groups? It is all right
there on the main tab of the "User and Group Accounts" pop-up, so I'm not
sure if I am misunderstanding your question.

I'm hoping that you have also followed all the other steps involved in
securing an Access Database. Setting up users and giving them permissions
is just one (and a minor one) of about 10 other steps that must be completed
to secure the file.
