C Chip Pearson Feb 9, 2007 #3 Judy, Open the AutoCorrect Options dialog from the Tools menu. In the "Replace" box, enter (c). In the "With" box, hold down your left ALT key and type 0169 on the numeric keypad (NOT the numbers above the letters). This will insert the © symbol. -- Cordially, Chip Pearson Microsoft MVP - Excel Pearson Software Consulting, LLC www.cpearson.com (email address is on the web site)
