How do I add a calendar back to 'my calendar' after deleting?

After being given permissions to my manager's calendar it automatically
popped up under 'my calendars' as and easy way to access quickly. I
inadvertently deleted it and have tried everything to put it back without any
luck. Can anyone help?
 
Try opening it with File | Open | Other User's Folder.
