how do I add a blog page to my website using FrontPage?

I want to add a blog page to my website. Basically the same as a feedback
page but without having the question or comment sent to my email. I want the
viewers to be able to post it on the actual website.
 
You could simply set up a ready-made blog such as Wordpress or Blogger.com.
This would depend on your host systems and what they support (e.g. PHP and
MySQL etc).
