J John Feb 10, 2010 #3 HI Sue For 3%, type 1.03 in a cell copy it then select your column ( Range) goto Edit>Paste special and select Multiply. you can delete the 1.03 and change it to 1.05 and do the same thing again for your other range. HTH John
