I have a spreadsheet with all my drivers and their years of safe driving.
How do I update each year when I want to add "1" to each cell in the column
for their years of safe driving.

Sounds like an excel question?

But anyway...
Type 1 into a blank cell
Copy it
Select all of the column > Paste special and choose "Add"

Use a copy just in case!

Hi Diana,

The answer is gray, unfortunately. It is wonderful that you track your
drivers like this, I' sure it helps keep the roads save and the business
prosperous.

It depends on where the information is stored, either in a PowerPoint sheet
(more of a text grid, really) or an Excel spreadsheet. It also depends on
what version of PowerPoint you are using. PowerPoint 2003 and earlier are
easier to get into a sheet than 2007 using macros.

Post back with a few more details and we'll see what we can do for you.
