I NEED MY STAFF TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY OUTLOOK FILE FROM A DIFFERENT
COMPUTER WITH IN OUR SMALL OFFICE NETWORK (6 COMPUTERS) OUTLOOK 2003. RUNNING
XP PRO. NO SERVERS.

Unless you use exchange server, you really can't access it easily because
the pst isn't sharable and accessing it over a network can result in
corruption. If you use Winxp, you can log into the desktop remotely or you
can try outlook.gypsy: http://www.gramcompany.com/products.htm and use a web
browser.

You can use remote access solutions, which lets you access the remote
computer using Internet as a medium. I use RemotePC
(http://www.ibackup.com/remote_access_pc/) and it has really helped me.
I can access my outlook from the remote machine and even send and
receive mails. And since they use 128-bit encryption to encrypt the
communication between your computer and the remote computer, it is very
secure.

Eddy
