How do I access my contacts from an archived pst file?

I had a hard drive failure and was able to retrievemy files from my old hard
drive, including my pst file. I loaded Outlook (2003, same program as
before), was able to set up the send/receive for the mail, downloaded my old
messages from my webmail, but I can't get at my old contact list from my old
pst file. How do I get at these?

In Outlook do File-Open-Outlook Data File. Open the pst file. then open the
contacts folder....

Within OL, open the old pst file, copy data from this to your new data file
