How do I access my Business contacts when I am not in the office?

I have installed Version 2 of business contact manager on 2 laptops for a
trial. When we use the secondary laptop (without the shared database) from
home, we have no access to the business contacts. Is there anyway to have
the machine save an offline copy of the contacts so that they can still be
accessed?
 
You can create another Outlook profile with a bcm database on the 2nd
laptop.

Before leaving the office, export from the shared db in the office, and
then switch to the second profile, and import that file into the the
local database.

If you want to merge the changes made offline back to the shared db, do
the reverse when you return to the office.
