How do I access my address book when creating mailing labels?

I'm trying to make address labels and I want to use my address book, but I'm
not sure how to access it in creating my mailing labels

You didn't state what your version was. With Word 2003 and
Outlook 2003, from the Tools drop down menu, choose Letters
& Mailing --- Mail Merge. At the right choose Labels. Click
Next: Starting Document
Under Change Document layout, click on Label options...
Scroll to your label's product number and click OK.
Click Next: Select Recipients
At the upper right choose Select from Outlook Contacts,
then click on Choose Contacts folder. Continue following
the instructions in the panel at the right.
