How do I access multiple contact folders from another PC?

My boss has organized his Outlook contacts into multiple folders, and has
given me "Owner" permissions to access these folders. When I attempt to
access the contacts folders in my Outlook, I can only see his primary outlook
contacts folder. How do I add the other folders?

Are these other folders children folders of or sibling folders to the main
Contacts?

They are child folders. Do they need to be siblings? If so, how can we move
them from child to sibling?

The mailbox owner will need to grant you permissions on the root of the
mailbox and then add the specific folders to the delegates selection with
the appropriate permissions

Could you please list the steps to complete this, as I thought I had done
this, but it is not working, so I must have missed a step somewhere. Thank
you for your help.

If my boss grants permissions on the root of the mailbox, doesn't this give
me access to his emails as well as his address book? He only wants me to use
his address books, but does not want me to access his emails. Previously he
granted the permissions on the Contacts folder, not at the inbox (the root of
the mailbox?)
