In outlook 2002 I have somehow canceled out the e-mail address insert "to"
feature so I cannot add addresses from my contacts list to an e-mail by
pressing the "to" box next to the recipient box. How do I get it to work
again?

No need to post more than once. What happens when you click To?

I get a message that reads something like the contacts list you are trying to
access has been moved or deleted. Go to help to find answer which was of no
help to me.

Your Address Book isn't pointing at your Contacts folder. You can try to
adjust that in Address Book's Tools>Options, but what I'd do is remove the
Outlook Address Book service from your mail profile, stop and restart
Outlook, and add it back in.

If you have Contacts in the Contacts folder but they are not accessible when
you click on the To button, check these settings:

Make sure the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. Right
click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is
the box to enable as email address book is checked?

If this is grayed out...

Go to Tools | Email Accounts, choose View or change existing directories or
address book. Is the Outlook Address Book present? If it isn't listed, add
it and close and restart Outlook. If it is listed, then remove it and close
then restart Outlook and repeat these steps to add it.
