How do fill down the text in a column?

Is there a simple way to fill down or copy the text in one cell to the rest
of the cells in a column ? Right now I can only fill / copy into one cell at
a time.

Is this a question related to Access? If so, it sounds as though you're
using Access the same way you would a spreadsheet. It's extremely unusual to
copy text like you've described in Access: you'd use an Update query to set
multiple rows at once.

If, on the other hand, you are talking about Excel, you'd be better off
asking this in a newsgroup related to Excel.
