How do create a user-controlled report generator form?

I want to create a user-controlled report generator form. Since it's going
to be personalized, I just need to know where I can find information on how
to set one up?
 
What do you mean by user controlled report generator form? You have pretty
much described the Access Report Wizard, that can be used by a novice, or
simply starting with a blank form in design view, for the more advanced.
