how do comments shown on the pc screen disappear from projector's screen?
I want to have some comments shown on my pc screen that will not be visible
to the audience watching my presentation as shown by the projector.In other
words, can I have additional information that will be visible to me only
during the presentation?
 
Dear User,
Taking notes during the show such as students' questions or comments

Be aware thast your audience see you taking notes since your screen is
projected. To avoid this, set your show to be viewed on two screens.

Prompt the menu (Right-click anywhere on the screen, or left click the
box in the bottom left corner).
Select Meeting Minder.
Click on the Action Item tab.
Enter any questions, comments, or notes in the Description field. Type
e.g. the slide number or title in the Assign to field.
Click Add to end your comments.
Click OK to continue your show.

An extra slide is automatically added as a last slide in your show with all
the Action Items you have been recording during the show. At the end of the
show, you are asked whether you want to record that change. Click Yes
otherwise these notes won't be kept after the show.
