Hi ZAMEROSKI,
You have them access the same user account or set up their user
account's Windows Mail to have the same e-mail account. If you use
multiple user accounts, make sure you have the e-mail accounts set to
leace the e-mail on the server or you will have a problem of one person
getting everyone's mail and they no longer can. The only problem with
this is that you will have to manually delete the e-mail from the server
from time to time.
If you do not want them all sharing a single user account, then I would
recommend that they have their own e-mail account. You can always set
the main e-mail account to forward the e-mail to their account with
Message Rules.
