how do a transfer my contacts via bluetooth to my cell phone?

I have Office 2003 and a Motorola E815. How do I get my contacts from
outlook to the phone using bluetooth? I have heard of Motorola Phone Tools
3.0, but I do not want to buy it.

You'll need to get some type of sync software and a quick Google for your
phone's capabilities says you need Motorola's $30 Mobile Phone Tools to sync
via Bluetooth.
