How do a set button/link so it opens the page in new window FP03?

I set up a navigation bar with custom links. I linked an outside webpage to
one of the buttons and want it to open the site in a new window. Any ideas?

Make the target of the link "_blank", e.g.,

because I am using the navigation buttons. Not sure how to change this.

You can not set frame target values when you use FP navigation components.
