How cool should i keep my hard disks ??

At the moment my drives are arround 29c. They are in a Home theatre pc
at the moment and spac eis limited and so is airflow. Though i have
cut some holes for 2 80mm fans and they are runnign at 7 volts each.

That's fine, but what matters is what temp they get to when the
room temp is the highest, unless you are always air conditioned etc.

Even below 40C is fine.
 
No Air Con :(

Seem to be a split sytem 2.5 HP system to be installed though. I don't
concider my push arround water filler Air Con as air con :)

But it works if you point it at ya :)
