How come when I use open in new window it does not remember the size to open in

Lately, everytime I open a link in a new window it opens
in a small window that I have to stretch to make it
readable. Is there a setting so that it will remember to
open it in the same size as the previous one?
 
Hi,
After stretching it out to full (or the desired) size close other IE
windows. Close that window last.
