Under the PRINT dialog box that comes up there are I think two boxes
that overlap and on the second one if you click on advanced options or
something like that buried somewhere in all the options theres one for
BW and color.

O cant remember exactly because I dont have a printer- my 940c hooked
up right now.

If you want to have your color printer print in B&W by default, you can set
your printer's default settings by going in through the Start menu to
Settings and Printers. Right click on your color printer and choose
Properties. From there you will be able to set the default for color or B&W,
possibly under the "Print Preferences" button, on one of the tabs.

You can switch back and forth on the fly just before sending a job to the
printer, click the "Preferences" button or "properties" button on the print
dialog box.
