How change default setting for "File As" in Outlook Contacts

My default setting for the "File As" field in outlook seems to be last name
first. I need to change it to first name first. Anyway to fix the 700 odd
entries already in contacts that are listed wrong?

You have to run code to change the field for existing Contacts:
