HOW can you recover the entire Outlook file

I ran the Diagnostics for Windows tool that is in the
control panel.

I had to agree to open an exe. file, and while the
software was installing, it deleted or move the entire
Outlook file with all emails, and all contacts.

How can I recover this file? Please help.
 
Search your system for .pst files. Make sure Windows
Explorer is set not to hide system files.
