How can you recover an attached file which was removed??

Is there a way, that you can recover an attached file that was removed in
Outlook 2000??

I think you are describing the attachment blocking features of Outlook 2000

There's an option to remove attached files from a message? Does Outlook XP
sport this feature as well? If so, where do I find it?

Nope, doesn't work. And when I right-click on the attachments, the
'remove'-option is greyed out...
