I hope someone can tell me how to resolve my problem.

I have set up different databases based on geographic area. However I would
like a way to have a main database that has all my active accounts that i
current work with in these areas and new opportunites all in one. Right now
i have to switch between database if i have to view the accounts in each
geographic are.

Is there a way to centralize or view all accounts or opportunites that are
estabished without opening each database separately to view?

You export each geographical database to a BCM file, then import them
all into a single database and run your aggregated report off that
database. You could write a script to automate that process whenever
you need to run the report.
