I'm new to OUtlook 2007.

I have e-mail messages that need to be appointments on my bosses calendar.
I have administrative rights to him. When I'm in my bosses Inbox and drag
and drop the email message to the calendar it posts on my calendar not his.

Help!

It's dropping on my calendar. I don't know how to drop it on his.

Grab the email, drag it to the calendar button at the bottom of the
navigation bar and wait for the calendar pane to open. Drop it on the boss's
calendar.

The Calendar Pane doesn't open when I do this. It opens the Appointment
window. When I save the appointment it's on my calendar and not his.

The Calendar Pane doesn't open when I do this. It opens the Appointment
window. When I save the appointment it's on my calendar and not his.

Instead of clicking Save and Close, click File>Move to Folder. Can you then
specify his calendar as the destination?

I'm Outlook 2007 so I had to click the Office Button>Move>Other Folder and
that works!

Thank you Brian and Diane!
